Ms. Abbott (アボットさん Abotto-san) is the neighbor of Cillian McGrath who usually takes care of McGrath's dog Quinn while he is away from home.

Abbott is a Caucasian-British woman with a skinny build, pale skin, and long blond hair tied into a ponytail. She wears a patterned jacket, a light-colored dress shirt, and a dark-colored skirt.

Our Day Will Come[]
Ms. Abbott's neighbor Cillian McGrath had her and her daughter take care of his dog Quinn while he visited the United States on a "business trip," which in reality was an illicit arms deal to procure Stinger missiles for the Advanced IRA. As always, she and her daughter became more fond of the dog and took care of it per Cillian's instructions. When he came back to the United Kingdom, she returned Quinn to him. Some night later, Ms. Abbott and her daughter were surprised to see him and his dog visit them again. Smiling, she rhetorically asked if he was going on another business trip, which he confirmed. Giving Quinn to them, he asked them to take care of him for a while, also giving them money for the dog's food as well as to compensate them for their time. Ms. Abbott asked if the trip would be long, Cillian guessed it probably would, and he knelt down and told Quinn to be a "good boy" for the woman.[1] However, Abbott was unaware that Cillian viewed his subsequent "trip" involving a terrorist plot as a suicide mission and therefore handed over Quinn to permanently entrust the dog in her and her daughter's care.[2]
