Agent Blend (エージェント・ブレンド Ējento Burendo) is a CIA agent who gathers foreign intelligence for the U.S. government with his partner Agent Sugar.

Appearance[]

Blend is a young, adult African-American man with short black hair in a fade haircut, and he has a gapped mustache. He wears green-tinted aviator shades and a dark green suit.

History[]

Goat, Jihad, Rock'N Roll[]

The Thai branch of the Hong Kong Triad told the CIA that they could give the latter intelligence documents about a planned Hezbollah attack for the right price, so the CIA agreed to pay them and told the Triad that they had two days to deliver the documents to a military base on Basilan Island. At night on the deadline, Blend traveled with Sugar on a U.S. Marine Corps helicopter, which soon arrived at the base. As Revy greeted Sugar, Blend asked where the documents were, causing Rock to panic since he forgot the briefcase. He told Revy about it, but she told him to calm down, pulling up her shirt slightly and pulling out the documents and handing them to Blend. Disgusted by the sweat-covered documents, Blend nonetheless accepted the documents and told Revy to bring them in a better condition next time or his boss would be angry.

As he and Sugar boarded the helicopter, Blend looked back and remarked that he forgot to tell Revy something, addressing her as Rebecca. He then stated if the police officers of the NYPD's 27th precinct saw her now, then they would be surprised, shocking Revy. In the helicopter, Blend yelled to her that he was paid to exterminate the United States' enemies and not to catch criminals, telling Revy that she could ponder on that if she wanted to do another delivery job for the CIA, and the helicopter flew off.[1]

Roberta's Blood Trail[]

Blend and Sugar

In the anime adaptation only, at an airport, Blend stood next to Sugar while the latter took pictures of Grey Fox soldiers boarding an airplane to Thailand, and the two sent the photos to the CIA headquarters in Langley to confirm that the NSA affiliates were traveling for a mission behind the CIA's back.[2]
