Introduction

This Wiki is dedicated to Rei Hiroe's series Black Lagoon. If you have any knowledge to add, please go ahead! About Black Lagoon Black Lagoon (ブラック・ラグーン Burakku Ragūn) is a manga series written and illustrated by Rei Hiroe and published in Shogakukan's Monthly Sunday Gene-X since 2002. The manga currently has twelve English-language volumes as of August 2021, and a thirteenth volume was released in Japan in December 2023. Additionally, there is an anime series consisting of three seasons (24 episodes and 5 OVAs). The first two seasons were released in 2006 and the OVAs were released from 2010 to 2011. The story follows a team of pirates/mercenaries known as the Lagoon Company that smuggles goods in and around the seas of Southeast Asia during the mid to late 1990s.

Current Events

Black Lagoon Chapter 118: El réquiem de los Desalmados Part 2 was released in the September issue of Sunday GX on August 19, 2024. The 5th volume of Eda Initial Stage was released in Japan on September 19, 2024, and the 8th Dismemberment Galore! The Gore Gore Girl volume was released in Japan on May 17, 2024. Black Lagoon Wiki has recently created a map of Earth documenting the cities, places, regions and countries throughout the Black Lagoon universe. Check out the world map here! The 13th Black Lagoon volume was released in Japan on December 19, 2023. Mister Chang is the Black Lagoon Volume 13 cover character, making him the first male character to be featured on a volume cover. Black Lagoon: Heaven's Shot, a browser-based videogame, was officially released on December 7, 2023. The auto-RPG gacha game is available to play for free in English.
