Celino (セリノ Serino) was an intelligence officer who worked under Melgar in the Peruvian government's Intelligence Bureau. When President Duarte carried out a self-coup, he was assigned to capture CIA agents and the intermediary between the country's opposition coalition and left-wing guerrillas.
Appearance[]
Celino was a Hispanic man with a tall build, tan skin, short black hair, and a thick mustache. He wore a medium-colored jacket, dark-colored pants and light-colored shoes, and he carried an Uzi submachine gun for a weapon.

Little King of The South[]
During President Duarte's self-coup, Melgar was ordered by him to prove the worth of the Peruvian government's Intelligence Bureau by successfully finding a connection between the CIA and the left-wing guerrillas. Accordingly, the intelligence leader had Celino and other officers accompany him to find a connection.[1] At first, Melgar took advantage of the military's repression of political opponents to interrogate Farias Cordero, the leader of the opposition coalition, learning some information about the CIA's presence. After the officers checked the guerrillas' hideout which Eda's group had recently abandoned, Celino and his partner left in their vehicle as one of three units to track down the CIA agents and capture them alive. Some hour or two later, the two men heard a report from Paula about a car engaging in a shootout with two soldiers resulting in the latter's death, so they split up from the other two units and headed to the area near the mountains where the enemy was headed.
That day, as he drove, Celino spotted Luciana's van heading up the mountain path, so he drove faster and rammed them twice. When his partner shot several rounds at the car, he reminded him that they needed to scare the enemy and capture them alive, not kill them. As his partner changed strategy by shooting at the tires instead, Celino attempted to ram them off of the road but was surprised that Luciana rapidly slowed down. Firing at his window, Eda tried to kill him but only broke the glass. In response, Celino's partner shot their left tire, crashing their van onto its side. Stopping his own car, Celino and his partner opened their doors to use as shields as they escalated the gunfight. However, they quickly had to take cover when Jaden shot at them to cover for Eda.
As they continued shooting, Celino and his partner were taken by surprise when Eda and Luciana jumped out of the back window and ran to the sides while Enrique shot at them from the front in a three-direction attack. Frustrated with the enemy's coordination, Celino pulled out a grenade and threw it, but Luciana shot it as it flew. To further halt the enemy, he prepared a second grenade but before he could throw it, Eda shot him in the left forearm, causing him to drop the explosive under his car. Frightened, he and his partner quickly fled as the grenade exploded and completely destroyed their vehicle.[2]
Although they did not get the enemy, the two officers successfully fled, with Celino assumed to receive treatment for his wound. The next day, the two men reconvened with Melgar, who ordered them to surround a store when Eda discreetly came to the town to enter it. Right after the CIA agent called for help, Celino prepared his submachine gun as Melgar warned Eda to surrender. To their left, Jaden drove toward them while Enrique shot at them. As they took cover, Eda hopped into the back of the truck as Jaden drove away.[3] Following Melgar's car, Celino and his partner continued the pursuit as Víbora fought with Eda in the truck's back. However, Enrique managed to throw the hunter off of the truck, causing Víbora to crash into and bounce off of Celino's windshield, swerving their car off of the road. To the two men's shock, their car headed right down a steep cliff, killing both Celino and his partner.[4]
