Chester Shankly (チェスター・シャンクリー Chesutā Shankurī) is a member of the Advanced Irish Republican Army who acted as bait to lure the London police into an ambush.

Chester is a young Irish man with a skinny build, pale skin, short light-colored hair, and a large nose. He wears a dark-colored coat over a white T-shirt, light-colored jeans, and light-colored sneakers.

Chester frequents the pub Whelan's in Watford, United Kingdom. Knowing this fact, a low-ranking informant within the Advanced IRA relayed this to Eda under threat of further injury. However, Chester was aware of the MPS trying to stop the AIRA's terrorist plot, so he agreed to let Cillian McGrath set up an ambush against the London police using the bargoer as bait. When Eda, Emily and Jerry entered Whelan's, Chester was shocked to see them and immediately ran out of the building through the backdoor. As he ran out, Eda and co. pursued him, but as soon as they tried exiting, Cillian and other AIRA members' gunfire pinned them down. Though Chester and Cillian both escaped capture, the ambush failed to harm the CIA agent and the police officers.[1]
