Chloe Reddington (クロエ・レディントン Kuroe Redinton) is the wife of Michael Connolly, the leader of the Advanced Irish Republican Army.

Chloe is a young Irish woman with a skinny build, pale skin, and long light-colored hair. She is seen wearing a dark-colored leather jacket and a light-colored T-shirt.

Chloe served as the point of contact between the Advanced IRA and the American weapon smugglers whom she negotiated with to procure illicit arms like Stinger missiles. When her husband Michael Connolly was killed in a counterterror operation by the London police, she was unaware of his death because the incident was kept secret from everyone except for those involved. At the same time, she had made several international calls from the U.S. concerning the procurement of arms, and the Met Police had tapped her phone to discover this. Exploiting the fact that Chloe still thought her husband was alive, the Met Police had someone pose as Connolly's messenger to her so that she would be tricked into not contacting him while the CIA agent Eda would pose as Chloe in order to gain a meeting with one of the Advanced IRA's liaisons to the Fenians.
Accordingly, Eda met up with an Irish woman and uttered the correct code phrase to make her identity seem legitimate. She falsely claimed that Connolly had to lay low and could not move freely due to a recent raid, making it seem that she spoke as his liaison. During the meeting, the Irish woman secured an arms deal for Eda to take place in New York City, allowing the CIA and their joint investigation partners to gain the upper hand on taking down the American gun runners who supplied the Advanced IRA.[1]
