Decherd (デカード Dekādo), also spelled Deckard, was a U.S. Army lieutenant who served in the NSA's Grey Fox unit.

Decherd was an adult Caucasian man who wore a boonie hat, night vision goggles, and dark green military gear. He carried a battle rifle for a weapon.

El Baile de la muerte / Roberta's Blood Trail[]
Decherd was only seen in the climax of the mission to capture Shue Yan. In the Golden Triangle region, Decherd was assigned to Team Delta when Grey Fox began treading through the pitch-black jungle to find Shue Yan. As he walked through the jungle, Decherd reported to Shane Caxton in Team Alpha about the strange "rods" (flechette rounds) planted numerously on the ground across the jungle soil. Following the one light source at the end of the camp, the teams spotted Roberta, who immediately took Shue Yan into the jungle with her. Close to Roberta, Decherd witnessed her cut off Shue Yan's right ear, also confirming to Caxton that his squad was closest. Accordingly, Caxton ordered Decherd to follow her but not get too close. As Team Delta followed her, above them was Roberta hanging from a tree.[1] Seeing that Roberta killed Murdoch and Garrity, Decherd warned the other teams that she was aiming for their heads where they were most vulnerable, so Caxton ordered everyone except squad leaders to remove their goggles. The maid then murdered several more soldiers with her musket's flechette rounds, including Decherd.[2]
