Doctor Picton (ドクター・ピクトン Dokutā Pikuton) is the younger brother of Picton and the current owner of Picton's snuff film business and studio.
Appearance[]
Picton is a tall man with a skinny build, pale skin, black sideburns continuing down to his cheeks to form a beard, and a thin, pointed waxed mustache. He wears a top hat, a magician's coat without a shirt, and black pants.

After his older brother's death, Doctor Picton took over not only his business but his credit too. Knowing that Choptop therefore still needed to pay off his debt to Picton, the younger brother proposed a deal in which Choptop would lure his boss Frederica Sawyer to an abandoned market to test her skills. Once Sawyer and Choptop arrived, Doctor Picton remained hidden while he eagerly prepared for his circus troupe, Doctor Picton's Bloody Circus, to attack them. Fighting against all four troupe members, Sawyer killed them all without injury, pleasing the circus ringleader. After the massacre, Choptop secretly reconvened with him and asked how he liked Sawyer, admitting that he was ashamed of deceiving her. Thanking him for his hard work, Doctor Picton answered that the "show" was a financial success, assuring the punk that he would clear his debt to Picton. Mentioning that he would be running the Picton firm from then on, he again thanked Choptop for his "patronage," but the latter brushed it off and left. Smiling, Doctor Picton muttered that he liked Frederica Sawyer and wanted her in his group someday.[1]
At a later time, he was commissioned by a special customer to use The Undertaker No. 2 as a victim in snuff films. Accordingly, Doctor Picton had his men capture her and bring her to The Studio. Once No. 2 was brought there, he examined her appearance and exclaimed that she was not bad for the lead role. Telling his crew that they would make a good video, he reminded them that they were sending the snuff videos to their special customer. While No. 2 merely remained silent, Doctor Picton ordered his costume-clad crew to handle the production because he had other matters to attend to. In the end, No. 2 escaped unharmed with the help of Martin and Lotton.[2]
