Enter The Fat Dragon is the seventeenth chapter of the Black Lagoon spinoff series Dismemberment Galore! The Gore Gore Girl. It was originally released on January 19, 2021.
Plot[]
Armed with her dual swords and dodging many knives thrown at her, Shenhua asks her assailant who she is, telling them to stop showing off. Jumping down from a roof, a large, spike-footed Chinese woman glares at Shenhua, who tells the woman that she knows the former has been following her for the last couple of days and asks for her identity again. In Mandarin, the woman curses Shenhua and tells the Taiwanese woman that she will be sorry. In response, Shenhua sarcastically derides her as being too cruel, telling the big woman that she does not understand a word of her Mandarin. Telling the woman that she at least understands the words "hate" and "kill," Shenhua dares the "pig" to try attacking her, slightly angering her. Continuing her glare, the heavyset woman fires two roped daggers from her arms. Shenhua blocks her long-ranged attack and assesses the distance, confidently throwing her two swords at the woman knowing her body serves as a wide target.
The woman then springs upward with her spiked-feet and charges at Shenhua to her surprise. Quickly thinking, Shenhua pulls back the swords' cord back to stab the woman's backside, but the woman bends her chest backward and kicks the sword upward with her right foot, shocking Shenhua. The woman then immediately begins spinning around and deflects the swords back to Shenhua. As Shenhua barely catches the swords, she is caught off guard as the woman spins toward Shenhua and performs a multiple-kick combo that hits Shenhua several times, knocking her back. Shoved back against a dead-end wall with some blood dripping down her forehead, Shenhua stands on defense as the drill woman glares at her. In Mandarin, the woman tells Shenhua to go to hell as her hands are shown to be sharpened four-point drills.
While the woman spins her drill hands and begins to spin her entire body, she counts to three in Mandarin, and Shenhua reciprocates a smug smile. Counting number three, the woman flies in a drill-like manner toward her, but Shenhua jumps upward and hangs on the wall with her sword. When the woman launches one of her claws, Shenhua immediately yells for Sawyer to go loose. Subsequently, a chainsaw suddenly bursts through from the wall's other side, shocking the drill woman and cutting her apart with blood spread everywhere on the floor. Thanking Sawyer, Shenhua tells her that she will pay for her work when she gets home. Seeing the blood on the floor, Shenhua awkwardly hangs onto the wall and demands Sawyer to clean up the blood so that she does not stain her high heels, but Sawyer has already left to her annoyance.
Notes[]
- The chapter title is a reference to the 1978 martial arts film Enter the Fat Dragon.
- When Shenhua claims that she "does not speak a word of Chinese," she specifically means that she does not speak Mandarin, which is indicated by the fact that the furigana next to the numbers 1, 2, 3 in the antagonist's dialogue matches the Mandarin pronunciation of one, two, and three. In the two Black Lagoon light novels, it is stated that Shenhua can speak Cantonese and Hokkien.
