The fourth brother (四男 Yotsuo), real name unknown, was a mercenary who was the fourth brother of a four-brother assassin group called The Quartet contracted under Bren the Black Death's murder-for-hire business. He and his brothers Montero, Rob, and Park Seung had different parents but were all related to some overlapping degree. Unlike the other three brothers, the fourth's real name and background were unknown, and he changed his appearance based on the target that he was hunting. The fourth brother's weapon of choice was a knife.

History

The Wired Red Wild Card

After Feng Yifei became a target of the People's Liberation Army due to being framed as a traitor, her superior Colonel Ma was forced to get rid of her, and so he ordered Captain Yang to hire someone for the job. Since the PLA wanted to be sure of Feng's death, Yang discreetly went to Roanapur and hired the four brothers since they were the only assassins who were on the PLA's list of contacts in Roanapur, although the brothers themselves were not residents of the city.

Only Montero, Rob and Park Seung appeared in person to meet Yang and to hunt down Feng. Yang tried twice to inquire about the fourth brother to no avail. Even Eda and Rico's intelligence gathering could not dig up anything about the fourth brother's name, history, physical appearance or race, only that he used a knife. After Revy and Eda managed to kill the first three brothers, the fourth brother was still around, so Feng had to keep a watchful eye while she was escorted to Rowan's strip club. There, while Revy was dressing into a dominatrix uniform, the fourth brother stole her regular clothes in order to disguise himself as the female pirate.

Revy went to perform on stage clad in her uniform, and meanwhile the fake Revy (in regular clothing) went to the backroom and asked Rock where Feng was, leaving him confused. She deduced that Feng would be in the audience and she left the room, with Rock soon realizing that the regular-dressed Revy who asked him about Feng's location was actually the fourth brother in disguise. As Rock went rushing to the stage area, the fourth brother charged at Feng with a knife but was shot by Revy from the stage. The fourth brother was finally killed, with Revy grumpily remarking that her clothes the brother stole were ruined by his blood.
