Plot[]

As Sawyer the Cleaner, Choptop and another cleaner sit in the hold of Black Lagoon, Revy comes in and tells them that she needs help. Choptop asks if it is really necessary, and the seasick Sawyer wipes her lips. On deck, they see the large ship very close to them from the starboard stern, and the spy wonders when the air became so foggy. When Choptop inquires about the ship, Revy clarifies that she called to them but received no response, noting that she had not even noticed the ship approaching them. She confirms that the ship has stopped and that she could not find its voyage information. Guessing that it is a smuggling ship, Revy jokes that it will make for fun orienteering and asks the cleaners to come with her. She smokes a cigarette and explains that she does not want to put her other crew members at risk, smilingly adding that she will share anything that they find onboard. Shocked at the request, Choptop lambasts the idea since he and the cleaners are not carrying weapons. As Revy tells the men not to complain since she and her crew saved them from dying on the island, Sawyer notices a silhouette looking over the large ship's railing. The silhouette quickly hides, so Sawyer points to it, but Revy does not pay her any attention and is excited to depart.

Once getting onto the deck, Revy pulls out her Cutlass pistols and notices some blood on the ground. She wonders if the ship was attacked by pirates, commenting that there is a strange feeling about the place. Nonetheless, she nonchalantly advises Choptop to be careful, but he anxiously reminds her that he only has his bare hands for weapons. Immediately, Sawyer brandishes her chainsaw, making Choptop feel awkward but safer. Leading the other four below the ship's deck, Revy suggests finding the hold first since she still feels creeped out by the absence of people. As she stands guard and turns her gun around a corner, she is slightly surprised to see five bodies throughout the narrow hallway. She observes that the scene is the aftermath of a battle and wonders if thieves attacked them and if the altercation is still ongoing. Examining further, Revy sees that the corpses have been torn up afterward, pointing to the additional drag marks. The bandana cleaner rejects her guess that the drag marks are from carrying the wounded because of the large amounts of blood. Smirking, she asks them if they want to follow the blood trail, but the scared Choptop refuses to go ahead of her.

Meanwhile, in Black Lagoon's bridge, Rock wonders if Revy is all right given the danger, to which the calm Dutch answers that he told her crew to turn back right away if the situation turns awry. Smoking, Dutch states that they cannot go anywhere either way due to the fog, remarking that it is not bad for a change. Walking behind Sawyer, Choptop asks if she has gotten better after vomiting from seasickness. Suddenly, Sawyer feels queasy and vomits, leaving the bandana cleaner in disbelief since he cannot believe she forgot about her own motion sickness. Turning around, he asks the surviving spy if he carries a weapon with him, but the man replies that he was only sent to them as an observer. Thinking to himself, the spy angrily wonders why he has ended up in such a bad situation. Entering a nearby room, Choptop is frightened to see the bloody drag marks go across the walls and ceiling with blood dripping down. He rhetorically asks how he is supposed to confront the culprit since they must have crawled on the ceiling. In contrast, licking her lips, Revy declares that their exploration has only become much more interesting. Although he agrees, he urges Revy to turn back.

Up ahead, they hear a faint but scary noise, making Choptop ask if it is a scream or the ship's creaking. Looking to the end of the hall, Revy notices a silhouette peeking from behind a crate in the storage room. They demand to know who the person is, but the silhouette hides, causing the tense Revy to run forward and order them to halt. When they go around the corner, they find a small, crying girl cowering against the wall. Choptop is baffled that there is a kid on the ship, but Revy confidently deduces that the ship's cargo was not noted to other ships because it is a trafficking ship. Kneeling down to the girl, Revy asks if she is alone and what happened to the men on the vessel. Sneaking away from the group, the spy pulls out a secret pistol from his sock and mutters that he cannot put up with the situation forever. A second later, the man is shocked to hear quiet laughter behind him. As he turns around, a large creature violently smacks him in the head, breaking his glasses and spewing blood everywhere, killing him.
