Hidalgo (イダルゴ Idarugo) is a gangster and member of the Colombian Cartel.
Appearance[]
Hidalgo is an adult Hispanic man with a skinny build, tan skin, a thick circle beard, and short dark hair. He wears pointed sunglasses, a dark brown suit and pants, a yellow dress shirt, and brown shoes, and carries a Glock 17 pistol for a weapon.

El Baile de la muerte / Roberta's Blood Trail[]
Hearing that Roberta had returned to Roanapur, Gustavo on behalf of Abrego had many of his men, including Hidalgo, come with him to the Yellow Flag to gather information on her whereabouts. Following Gustavo into the bar, he stood silent as the former tried to persuade Revy and Rock to share any info about Roberta. As they conversed, Fabiola Iglesias walked into the bar and asked for the Lagoon Company. When she realized that the gangsters were going to use her to find and kill Roberta, Fabiola kicked José in the testicles with her knife-tipped shoe, angering all the men. On Gustavo's order, Hidalgo slowly walked up to the young maid to frisk her for weapons, pointing his pistol at the back of her head. When Revy intentionally dropped and broke a bottle of Bacardi, he and the others were distracted by the noise, allowing Fabiola to pull out her weapons and fire on the men. Hidalgo was immediately shot in the right leg, injuring him and knocking him onto the ground.[1] It is unknown if he survived the bar's destruction as well as his leg injury, though Fabiola did allow for some of the men to take their wounded comrades and flee if they chose.
