Rasta Blasta Part 2, also called Chapter 3, is the fourth chapter of the Black Lagoon manga. It was originally released in June 2002.

Plot[]

In the Yellow Flag and pulling out her firearm, Roberta shoots a Manisarera Cartel member, knocking his body against a table. In response, the various cartel members pull out their firearms and begin shooting at the maid, but she quickly takes cover using a bulletproof umbrella doubling as another gun. Seeing the gunfight unfold, Dutch remains quiet but tense and hides under a table with Rock, Revy, Benny, and their cargo Garcia Lovelace. Dutch recommends that they leave the kid behind, and Revy and Benny agree. As Garcia cries watching the fight, Revy says that the boy is still worth money, but Dutch responds that he is not worth anything at the moment. Assuring the boy that he will be all right, Rock advises him to stay put under the table.

As Revy silently crawls to the back exit, Bao spots her and angrily accuses her of provoking the bar fight and being friends with the maid, and she loudly rebuffs his claim, grabbing the attention of both Roberta and the cartel gangsters. Seeing the boy, the cartel leader asks why they have the "cargo" with them, but Dutch answers that he can explain later. Likewise, Roberta notices Garcia and calmly asks him what he is doing in the bar since he is far away from his worried father. To the boy's side, Roberta spots the Lagoon Company and turns her focus to them, frightening Dutch and prompting Revy to run to the boy and put her pistol to his head, threatening to kill him.

Thinking briefly, Roberta tells Revy that she cannot negotiate with her and she begins stating the Spanish-language Lovelace Family creed. The two women then quickly exchange gunfire until Roberta lands a shot on Revy's shoulder, knocking her against a wall into unconsciousness. As Benny and Dutch check on her, Garcia tells Rock in tears to take him with them, shocking Roberta. As the Lagoon pirates leave, the cartel leader orders Roberta to freeze, remarking that he knows that she defected from FARC four years ago and is the notorious Bloodhound of Florencia. While he and the other cartel members get up and point their guns at her, Roberta calmly proclaims that they have no reason to be kept alive, so she bows to them and drops several grenades beneath her dress, terrifying the men.

Getting into the car, the Lagoon pirates see the Yellow Flag explode, and Rock comments that Roberta is like a futuristic killer robot. Stepping out of the debris, Roberta pulls out a trench knife and runs toward the car, plunging her knife into the trunk. Dutch shoots several shots at her, which she evades as she flips onto the car's roof, pulling out two pistols and firing them below. Speeding into the Roanapur port, Benny yells that the area ahead is a dead end.
