Rasta Blasta Part 3, also called Chapter 4, is the fifth chapter of the Black Lagoon manga. It was originally released in July 2002.

Summary[]

As Roberta and Dutch exchange gunfire, Benny drives the car in a panic and crashes into a container, dazing the Lagoon pirates. Meanwhile, Balalaika learns from a Hotel Moscow member that the Yellow Flag is destroyed, and she tells him to inform Bao not to worry about compensation. Heading out with Boris and other soldiers, Balalaika remarks that she owes Dutch big time and orders her men to prepare their guns. Back at the port, Benny and Rock assure Dutch that they are alive but Revy is still unconscious. Outside the back window, they see that Roberta is uninjured and armed, greatly shocking them. Fortunately, Revy wakes up from her concussion and yells about wanting to kill the maid.

Stepping out of the vehicle, Revy begins shooting at Roberta, and the two women charge at each other until pushing each other onto the ground, intensely pointing their pistols at one another. Arriving at the scene, Balalaika loudly tells the women to stop, ordering them to stop fighting and telling Roberta that Hotel Moscow actually had a job against the Manisarera Cartel and are destroying their base in Venezuela. When the two women refuse to put their guns down, Balalaika shoots their pistols from their hands, saying that it was an order and not a request. Exiting the car, Garcia Lovelace runs to Roberta and tells her that he is okay and is unharmed, telling the maid that he does not want to see her holding a gun. Agreeing with the boy, Balalaika states that the "Bloodhound" may feel differently, confusing the boy and angering Roberta.

Forcing Roberta to quiet down, Balalaika informs Garcia about Roberta's past as Rosarita Cisneros a.k.a the Bloodhound of Florencia, a FARC guerrilla and international terrorist who was responsible for the U.S. embassy bombing in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. As one of the Vysotniki forces Revy to give up her other pistol, Roberta gloomily confirms that Balalaika's words are true, confessing that she thought she would bring revolution but was only protecting cocaine fields for the mafia, deciding to leave out of disillusionment and took refuge under her father's friend Diego Lovelace. Crying into her chest, Garcia tells Roberta not to call herself a bloodhound, adding that Roberta is a different person from Rosarita Cisneros.

Agreeing to Garcia's wishes, Roberta tells him not to cry and Balalaika is relieved, but Revy demands that they settle the score through a fistfight, which the Russian leader permits. As the Lagoon Company and Hotel Moscow stand by, Roberta tricks Revy into looking at her shoes and delivers an uppercut, making the spectators laugh. Rock tries to politely interfere since he thinks the fight is barbaric, but both women tell him to butt out. Eventually, the fight ends in a draw with Revy and Roberta both punching each other to the ground. Balalaika subsequently orders Boris to tend to Roberta's wounds and then escort the two to a plane, and Garcia grabs Roberta's glasses for her. As the Vysotniki and the Lovelace affiliates leave, Dutch pours a bucket of water over Revy to wake her up.
