Sanpin (サンピン) is a Roanapur City Police officer.
Appearance[]
Sanpin is a young Thai man with a skinny build and tan skin. He wears a Royal Thai Police uniform consisting of a rounded traffic helmet, a tan police uniform with a police duty belt, and dark boots.

The Wired Red Wild Card[]
After Revy and Rob were arrested by Saensak and his men for starting a firefight at the internet café in Nankwai, the two of them were brought to the Roanapur City Police jail. In the holding cells, Sanpin put Rob into a cell and then brought a resistant Revy to one cell and kicked her into it. Warning her to be quiet, he then slammed the cell gate shut. The pirate retorted that she would kill him if he took her guns away, yelling that she needed to contact her lawyer. Responding that he was not a phone company, Sanpin merely added that she could try contacting them through sheer will, leaving her and Rob in separate cells.[1]
