Susan (スーザン Sūzan) is a prostitute and the accomplice of an unnamed male abductor who had a sexual fetish for body scars. She helped the man capture Sawyer the Cleaner to make her his slave. She appears in the spinoff manga Dismemberment Galore! The Gore Gore Girl.

Susan is an adult woman with a skinny build, pale skin, long light-colored hair, and several scars resembling stitches across her face. She wears a black sugarloaf hat with a black veil around the sides and back, a large black cloak covering her entire body, and black gloves.

Susan's history is unknown except that she is a prostitute and apparently was responsible for the scars on her own face. Specifically, she wanted to attract her male accomplice, who was a potential client, by putting scars on her face. The man did not like her scars and always thought lower of her because Susan was a prostitute. Likewise, the man's background was mostly unknown except for being the son of a prostitute who got a chest scar after a client stabbed her. As an adult, the man captured women with scars so that the man could hold them against their will and even injure women to give them scars per his sexual fetish. Sometime later, finding Sawyer the Cleaner's throat scar attractive, the male accomplice knocked Sawyer unconscious and tied her up with Susan's help, though he did not premeditate the abduction. As Susan drove them to the Motel Broslin where the man was staying, he ordered Susan to slow down on the road.
In the motel room, Susan and the man put the unconscious Sawyer in restraints. After the man ate a meal, Susan stood silently as Sawyer woke up and tried in vain to attack the man as he introduced himself to her. Once Sawyer was given more restraints, the man ordered Susan to clean and groom Sawyer as well as keep the hem of Sawyer's skirt fastened. The male abductor left the room, and Susan looked at the cleaner, who was surprised to see Susan's facial scars. Placing her hand on Sawyer's thigh, Susan followed her accomplice's orders, but Sawyer had somehow convinced her to side against the man before he returned. Soon, the man returned to the room and had Susan wait outside while he began to lick Sawyer's neck and speak to her about himself and his fetish. While doing so, Susan suddenly entered the room, angering the man. When he was not looking, Sawyer moved her legs out of the restraints and kicked the man in the groin. On the ground in pain, the man asked why Susan betrayed him. Holding a knife, Susan softly answered that she learned something from Sawyer about him, and she told the terrified man that she could make him hers forever. Sawyer left while Susan stabbed the man several times, presumably killing him.[1]
