Plot[]
Sailing on a boat, Sawyer the Cleaner with some assistants sit down as Choptop kneels on the deck's bow to get a closer look at the island in the distance. Saying that the payment for the cleaning job is huge, Choptop assures them that it is not dangerous. Arriving at the island's dock and anchoring the boat, Choptop tells the disembarking assistants that the rich owner gathers people on the island to make them kill each other, and the cleaners need to clean up the mess before the next game. Having held in her mouth for the ride, Sawyer disembarks and immediately vomits on the ground, making Choptop tell her that the ship sailed pretty weakly. At that moment, the ship is blown apart by an RPG and everyone near is tossed back by the blast.
Choptop immediately asks Sawyer if she is all right, and he finds her to see that she is fine but is vomiting from seasickness once again. The assistants stand up and wonder what just happened, and they spot on the small mountain an RPG wielder with a three-holed mask. They all angrily question who is on the island since they thought only dead people were on it, and over a loudspeaker they hear a recorded voice repeatedly telling them that they will kill each other. As Choptop wonders aloud if the voice is the guy left behind by management, several other men with the same mask surround them and point their pistols at the cleaners. The RPG wielder also greets them with a pistol, stating that he knows the cleaners do not carry weapons. Forcing the cleaners to walk, the men bring them to a corral enclosed by the rocky hills with a small house and smaller corral enclosed within the main corral.
Choptop asks what it is, and the men answer that it is their base with the only building provided by management. In surprise, Choptop asks them if they are genuinely abandoning and killing each other on the island, and the man behind him laughs, clarifying that he and the others want to kill more to continue the game. The men elaborate that they stayed and killed the next newcomers until the people in charge noticed it and sent hunters to eliminate them, but the hunters either got killed or teamed up with them, saying that they got their firearms from them. The captors then claim that the management sent cleaners next, wondering what they were thinking. They also add that there is a rule that only 5 people can live on the island at a time, making Choptop rhetorically ask if they want his group to enjoy the manhunt. The men state that they will give him a chance, confusing Choptop. Specifying that it is a one-on-one battle, one man asks the punk if he wants to try. From the small building steps out a tall, broad, masked man with a chainsaw behind his shoulders, and the men tell Sawyer and Choptop that he is Number 1 on the island, claiming that whoever beats him gets to make everyone else their servant.
Stepping forward, Sawyer glares at Number 1 and silently accepts the challenge to Choptop's hesitation. The long-haired gunman is skeptical of Sawyer since she is a woman, but his accomplices cheer and state that the woman is showing heart. Having to agree to the other men's encouragement, the long-haired man shows Sawyer a selection of various melee weapons and tells her that she can choose. When Sawyer proudly grabs the chainsaw, one man cheers and finds her choice interesting. While Choptop cheers her on, Number 1 swings his chainsaw forward, which Sawyer dodges, and he makes a sideways swing that Sawyer ducks to evade. Commentating, the men remark that the battle is progressing quickly, stating that someone will land a hit soon due to the difference in their size. Suddenly, Number 1 lifts his chainsaw and swings downward onto her. Although she manages to block it, she is brought down on one knee in order to counter his body's strength combined with gravity, making the men outside the corral react in suspense and awe.
As the man lifts his chainsaw again and swings in a downward diagonal direction, Sawyer uses her position to clash with his chainsaw only slightly and bounce it off, sticking her chainsaw into the right side of his abdomen, spewing blood everywhere and felling him. Impressed, the island men proudly declare Sawyer their new queen, but she turns around and looks at them while still carrying the chainsaw, making them blankly freeze from the obvious result of the outcome. While Sawyer begins to slash apart the masked men, Choptop turns to the surviving but shocked assistant, letting him know that he is aware that he was a plant from the island manager in their group, telling the man to hitch a boat for them if he does not want to end up like the men being killed by Sawyer. Nervously sweating, the man agrees and leaves. Later, the Black Lagoon arrives to the island with Rock and Revy standing on the deck. Extending her hand out to Sawyer, Revy takes the cleaner's hand and smilingly tells her that she has come to pick her up. Sailing out, she yells loudly that Sawyer is quite dirty and needs to be cleaned up.
