It is led by [[Dutch]], a former U.S. Navy P.T. boat captain who went AWOL after the end of the Vietnam War. It currently employs three other people, the electronics specialist and navigator [[Benny]], the business man [[Rock]], and the gunslinger [[Revy]]. Rock is the lastest addition to the company, before him it is insinuated that it was Benny. At the beginning Revy struggles to co-op with Rock due to his morals, but as the Volumes progress they have grown a strong bond. |

The Lagoon Company is basically a for-hire service hired by various criminal organizations to locate and retrieve or smuggle items between them

It is led by Dutch, a former U.S. Navy P.T. boat captain who went AWOL after the end of the Vietnam War.
