The Studio

Picton's Studio (ピクトンのスタジオ Pikuton no Sutajio), locally known in Roanapur as The Studio (スタジオ Sutajio), is a property operated by the Picton firm. Both Picton and Doctor Picton use the building as a place where they produce snuff films to be sold to buyers. It is a setting in the spinoff manga Dismemberment Galore! The Gore Gore Girl.

Volume 5

Jacqueline wakes up in The Studio.

When Picton captured Jacqueline, he brought her to The Studio to make her the victim of a snuff film series. However, Jacqueline quickly escaped and killed several of Picton's crew, angering him. After the child cut off Picton's right hand, the studio owner hired Martin to bring the child back to him, which he did. For the snuff film, Picton had his crew wear pig heads and arranged for a few live boars to eventually kill the child. Once Jacqueline woke up, Picton introduced himself and taunted the tied-up girl, informing her that he and his crew lost their humanity long ago and were therefore able to create a dark atmosphere for their films. He clarified that he was not going to have her die right away since he wanted her to be killed slowly for a longer film series, adding that he would have doctors keep her as alive as possible. One crew member untied the girl to commence the film, but Jacqueline suddenly paralyzed the film crew using mind control abilities. To Picton's shock, she then controlled the boars to eat Picton alive, killing him. Afterward, Jessica arrived and picked up her little sister, with Frederica Sawyer and Choptop also coming across the grizzly aftermath.

Volume 8

Sometime after Picton's demise, his younger brother Doctor Picton took over the Studio and its company. The new studio owner had his men abduct The Undertaker No. 2 because a client wanted a special snuff film with her as the victim. Meeting the woman, Doctor Picton was amused that she showed no fear at all, though he left the filming to his crew since he claimed he had other matters to attend to. Before the film crew could begin harming No. 2, Martin came to her rescue and shot one of the actors. Immediately, the film director shined the studio lights on him, forcing him to stay still since the freelancer's albinism made him weak to light. Laughing, the director mocked him and prepared to kill him, but No. 2 shot out all of the lights after Lotton untied her, allowing Martin to kill the remaining crew. Subsequently, the three of them left the Studio, though Doctor Picton survived due to being absent from the building during the firefight.
