Wraith was discovered to have no associates whatsoever in Roanapur, making people like Bunny the Undertaker and The Undertaker No. 2 think that he was suffering from loneliness.
Volume 6[]
At some point, Wraith decided to kill the Clay brothers for an unknown reason. As a result of the younger Clay brother's murder, a large bounty of $50,000 was placed on the unseen man's head by the surviving Clay brother. At the Roanapur Public Cemetery for the brother's funeral, Wraith stood outside the cemetery fence in the rain with an umbrella and watched the gangsters mourn. Although Bunny the Undertaker had noticed him, her attention was briefly switched to a mourner, and she turned her head to see that Wraith had disappeared. Soon, when an informant, Gametsu, began to search for Wraith so that he could report on the old man's appearance and whereabouts to other bounty hunters for a share of the bounty, Wraith killed the informant and searched for items in his room, but he could not find an item that the informant had swallowed.
Later at the informant's funeral, Wraith again stood outside the cemetery gate and observed the funeral, and Bunny once again spotted him next to the tree. Later, Choptop had found an item in the informant's corpse that Wraith had apparently wanted, and he used the item to successfully track down Wraith. Consequently, several bounty hunters began to chase down Wraith and managed to injure his left arm after shooting at him. As Wraith began to pant and run while grasping his injured arm, Choptop had hurried to find the old man since he was the one who found him. Running into a dead end alleyway, the bounty hunters were surprised to see that the old man had somehow disappeared. Going to the Roanapur Public Cemetery in the rain, Wraith approached Bunny while she was tending to the cemetery grounds.
Tilting her head in curiosity upon noticing the blood running down his arm, Bunny asked him if he was the killer and asked why he never came near her during the funerals. Smiling and letting out a chuckle, Wraith remarked that it was truly awkward for him to watch the person whom he killed being sent off by his own brother. Bunny then asked why he came into the cemetery at the current moment, and he paused and surmised that he wanted to see her. He felt that he was worried that they always saw each other but never talked, finishing the conversation by giving his umbrella to her and quietly declaring that it was nice to meet her. Watching him leave, Bunny held the umbrella and bid goodbye with a small hand-wave. Later, Wraith was chased around again and was eventually killed by Revy, and the old man's corpse was delivered to the older Clay brother. When it began to rain again at the cemetery after Wraith's murder, Bunny used Wraith's umbrella and looked to the cemetery fence, but she did not see the elderly man there.[1]
